Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to UPPSC Intelligence through Razorpay, including voluntary support donations.

1. Donations and support payments

Payments made through the "Buy the Developer a Coffee" button are voluntary donations intended to support the continued development and operation of UPPSC Intelligence. Once successfully processed, these payments are generally non-refundable.

2. Accidental or duplicate payments

If you were charged more than once for the same transaction, or if an unauthorised charge occurred, please contact us promptly at uppscintelligence@gmail.com. Include the following in your email:

  • Razorpay Transaction ID (or a screenshot of the payment)
  • Date and amount of the payment
  • Email address or mobile number used during payment

3. Resolution timeline

All valid refund requests will be reviewed and, if approved, processed within 5–7 business days of verification through Razorpay. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking).

4. Disputes via Razorpay

You may also raise a dispute directly through Razorpay by accessing your transaction history at razorpay.com. We will cooperate fully with Razorpay's dispute resolution process.

5. Non-eligible requests

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Intentional donations that were successfully processed
  • Dissatisfaction with site content (as the vast majority of content is free)
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the payment date

6. Future paid features

Should we introduce paid subscriptions, premium notes, or mock tests in the future, specific refund terms for those products will be published at the time of their launch and will supersede the general donation policy for those transactions.
